| Shilpa was born and brought up in Army environment. Due to her father's nature of profession, she has been to various places and interacted with various people, hence, can adjust to any environment. Though modern, she is a firm believer of tradition, ethos and values. She has done schooling from all over the country, Graduation from Bareilly and Post-Graduation in Event Management from NIEM, Furgussion College Pune. She was working with Event Management Company at pune as Event Manager for one year followed by J.W Marriott at Mumbai for one year and one year in J.W Marriott, Baltimore, Maryland, USA.On her return to India in 2009 she did not join the job and pursuing MBA on hospitality management till Apr 2011.
After completion of MBA she wants to continue with her job after marriage depending upon the situation.
She is very sincere towards her profession and takes all the aspects related to her profession very seriously.
